Senior Care Options program (HMO SNP) from Commonwealth Care Alliance covers your prescription drugs, doctor visits and hospital stays as well as the products and support services you need to stay safe and independent at home as long as possible. Plus, you get to keep your current doctors as long as they're part of our network, or you can choose any doctor or other provider from our large network of hospitals and doctors across Massachusetts.

For 2018, CCA Senior Care Options achieved a 4.0 Star Rating out of 5 possible stars from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).*
