Commonwealth Care Alliance Launches Blog

Commonwealth Care Alliance is pleased to announce the launch of its blog, Dually Noted, which will allow our leadership team, staff and patients to share their insight and expertise on issues relating to the current healthcare environment and how to improve the care delivery model for dual eligibles.

Many of the authors you’ll read on the blog have been serving this population for decades. Commonwealth Care Alliance hopes that by sharing our experiences with care delivery, we will inspire other healthcare organizations to reimagine how they deliver care, offering a brighter healthcare future for this critical population.

Commonwealth Care Alliance Announces Participation in One Care: MassHealth plus Medicare Program for Dual Eligibles

Commonwealth Care Alliance announced today that it has signed a contract with MassHealth (Medicaid) and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) (Medicare) to participate in the new Massachusetts’ One Care: MassHealth plus Medicare program, which begins on October 1, 2013. The One Care program in Massachusetts will be the first demonstration program for dual eligible under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) to launch in the country.
