CCA is utilizing telehealth to provide healthcare services during the coronavirus pandemic

The coronavirus pandemic has prompted healthcare organizations like CCA to use telehealth to continue to provide services to members, proving that patient care can still be effective even if it is virtual. The federal government has also expanded Medicare coverage for these services in response to COVID-19. “The pandemic will go but the tools will stay,” CCA President and CEO Chris Palmieri said in an article from SiliconANGLE.
