Whitney Moyer, vice president of long-term services and supports at Commonwealth Care Alliance, has been selected as one of Modern Healthcare’s Top 25 Emerging Leaders for 2023.
Since joining CCA in 2021, Moyer has helped foster CCA’s hospital-to-home program, which works with high-volume hospitals to assess CCA members for unmet medical, behavioral, and social needs. She also led the development of a new health and functional assessment now used during CCA member enrollment.
Modern Healthcare’s Top 25 Emerging Leaders list recognizes rising stars nationally on the cutting edge of healthcare. All of the 2023 honorees are under the age of 40.
