CCA recently expanded into Worcester by opening a new office at 100 North Parkway, which will serve as a bridge between the eastern and western parts of the Commonwealth. “This expansion is really about opening office space which will help our staff and will be a home base for about 60 of our administrative and clinical staff. We hope to serve more customers by now having a physical footprint in Worcester,” Chris Palmieri, CCA president and CEO, told the Worcester Business Journal. The office will house a conference room designed for the Member Voices Program, which allows members to share feedback about the programs and services they receive from CCA.
