Below is a list of answers to frequently asked questions.

CCA One Care is an all-in-one health insurance plan for people between the ages of 21 and 64 who have MassHealth Standard or MassHealth CommonHealth and Medicare.

When you sign up for CCA One Care, you get all the benefits of MassHealth and Medicare and more.

When you join a CCA One Care plan, we will assign you a care team, who will help you stay healthy and independent in your home. Your dedicated care team will include a primary care provider, nurses, specialists, and other providers if you need them.

With CCA One Care, you’ll get to keep all the services you currently get through MassHealth Standard and Medicare coverage. Plus, you’ll get new services and benefits, at no charge to you!

CCA One Care includes coverage for primary and specialty medical care, preventive care, emergency care, X-rays and lab tests, medical supplies and equipment, and prescription drugs at no cost to you. You’ll also receive dental coverage, including cleanings, fillings, root canals & crowns, rides to medical and non-medical appointments arranged by Commonwealth Care Alliance (8 trips per month), and up to $125 per year for eyewear, to name a few of the extra benefits of CCA One Care.

You may also work with a CCA One Care Care Partner. A CCA One Care Care Partner is one main person for you to contact. This person helps to manage all your providers and services and makes sure you get what you need.

All your services come free of charge as part of your MassHealth and Medicare benefits.

However, if you pay a premium to MassHealth for CommonHealth, you must continue to pay that premium to MassHealth to keep your coverage.

No. When you join CCA One Care you will keep MassHealth and Medicare.

CCA works with MassHealth and Medicare plans to integrate the services we offer. That means you will only be adding MORE benefits or adding flexibility and coordination to your existing benefits. You will not lose services.

If you decide to go back to what you had before, you can do so at any time. Simply keep your MassHealth and Medicare cards in case you decide to disenroll. If that happens, you can go back to using your Medicare and MassHealth cards directly.

You can disenroll from CCA One Care at any time if you are not satisfied. Your disenrollment will be effective on the last day of the month in which you let us know you want to leave the plan.

We are happy to say that most members are very satisfied with their CCA One Care experience, and very few people leave the plan.

If you are eligible, you can enroll in CCA One Care at any time.
