Commonwealth Care Alliance

Uncommon Care:
An opportunity for rewarding medical careers

How We’re Different

What makes CCA unique is a nationally recognized care model that empowers not only our members and patients, but also our employees – whether in the field or in the office. Members of our clinical teams benefit from a much greater opportunity to get to know patients than is possible in traditional care settings.

We offer rewarding careers for everyone involved in delivering on our mission to provide the best quality care for our patients and members. We depend equally on our non-clinical and clinical staff. Our non-clinical staff needs at any time may include administrative, financial, marketing, member services, human resources, data management, and business analysis personnel.

On the clinical side, our nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and allied health professionals provide medical care and support services for a defined set of patients they see on a regular basis at each patient’s home or other location. Each team is led by a nurse practitioner responsible for making care decisions.

Because we take the time to understand individual needs, we help many people remain in their homes and communities, living with dignity and autonomy. As a result, all of us at CCA gain the satisfaction of knowing our work truly makes a difference.

Our Workplace Values

At Commonwealth Care Alliance, our “Workplace Values” set the tone for our work style and work ethic. These values – Integrity, Collaboration and Caring, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence – guide our actions, decisions, and behaviors at work. Watch the video to find out what these values mean to us.
