My Ombudsman is an independent program that helps you address conflicts that may interfere with enrollment in One Care (Medicare-Medicaid) or limit your access to One Care benefits and services.
The My Ombudsman program works with MassHealth and each One Care plan to help members by:
- Providing you with information and resources
- Identifying your options
- Investigating your concerns or conflicts
- Resolving those concerns
