At Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA), we work with many partner organizations to help us deliver the care and services our members need.  We handpicked these organizations to provide the unique level of support you expect from CCA. Below is a list of services provided to our members through trusted partners.

Your vision benefits can help you get the care you need for total eye health. We work with VSP to deliver your routine vision care services, including exams and eyewear. Contact VSP at 855-492-9028 or visit www.vsp.com1 to learn more about your eyewear benefits.

We partner with NationsHearing to simplify hearing care. As a CCA member, you can get a no-cost hearing test. And if needed, pick out hearing aids that match your lifestyle. Contact NationsHearing at 877-277-9196 (TTY 711) or visit nationshearing.com/CCA1 to learn more about your hearing benefits.

CCA goes the extra mile by helping you get to and from important places. Through our partner, Coordinated Transportation Services (CTS), CCA Medicare Value members can request a ride to medical appointments. CCA Medicare Maximum members can request non-medical rides. CCA can help you better protect your identity2 through our partner, ID Watchdog from Equifax. When you sign up, ID Watchdog will monitor for signs of potential fraud or identity theft related to your personal information. This is an extra benefit offered to CCA Medicare Value and CCA Medicare Maximum members diagnosed with a chronic condition. Learn more about ID Watchdog and how to sign up.

As a CCA member, you’re covered for routine and comprehensive dental services. Your dental benefits are managed by our partner, Skygen. Learn more about your dental benefits and access the CCA Dental Benefits Portal.

All CCA Rhode Island health plan members get a Healthy Savings Card3 to buy over-the-counter health products. Through partner organizations, we provide options for using your card. Learn more about the Healthy Savings card.

CCA offers support with your medications through a range of programs and services provided by partner organizations. This includes Costco Mail Order Pharmacy, the Preferred Specialty Program through Lumicera Health Services, and medication therapy management from Clinical Support Services (CSS).
