Quality Improvement Program Design
We have designed our Quality Improvement Program to ensure that the member perspective is built into all quality assurance activities. We believe that true partnerships between those receiving care and those providing and managing care can promote autonomy, independence, and better health outcomes. The Quality Improvement Program is designed to:
- Attend to all aspects of quality of care and service with a focus on assessing and improving patient-centered care and patient empowerment
- Understand and implement improvements that incorporate the needs, expectations, and satisfaction of patients and their caregivers into care delivery and system operations
- Utilize data analysis and clinical, administrative, and patient input to continuously improve operational and clinical processes across our organization and network
- Identify and use best practices to improve clinical and service quality
