CCA Health California won’t offer Medicare plans in 2025

Starting January 1, 2025, CCA Health California won’t offer your Medicare health plan. This means your coverage through CCA Health ended on December 31, 2024.

You need to choose how you want to get your health and prescription drug coverage. Review the letter we sent you in October 2024 to learn more about your options.
