Nicole has always been an advocate for others. That’s why she became a CCA Member Services Representative. In this role, Nicole helps our members by answering benefit questions and connecting them to the care they need. That may include programs, providers, or their care team.
While she knows a lot about healthcare, her most valuable skills are empathy and compassion. “To succeed in this role, you have to care,” she says. “Sometimes members call feeling confused or frustrated because navigating healthcare is difficult. They need someone to listen. I take the time to guide, educate, and empower them to take charge of their health.”
Nicole has found deep fulfillment in her role at CCA. She enjoys connecting with members and being part of their healthcare journey.
“Healthcare is personal and important,” she says. “Even a routine question can be critical to someone’s health and quality of life. The best part about working at CCA is knowing that when I lay my head down at night, I’ve made a difference in someone’s life. There’s no better feeling than that.”
