CCA’s Medicaid E.A.S.Y. Program helps you assist your clients with determining their eligibility for Medicaid (i.e., MassHealth) as well as completing the Medicaid application process.
Get started by completing the CCA Medicaid E.A.S.Y. Referral Form and emailing it to our Medicaid E.A.S.Y. team at [email protected].
1 Massachusetts does not permit the use of independent agents and brokers for MMP enrollments. The state’s enrollment broker processes all MMP enrollments. As a result, CCA One Care (MMP) is not a commissionable product.
