Did you know that many trips to the emergency department are not necessary? We know how scary and stressful it can be when you start to feel sick—especially if you can’t quickly or easily call a doctor. To help, we offer our members simple and convenient in-home urgent care services through a program called instED®.

instED brings urgent care to you and can offer support for a variety of different symptoms.

In a matter of minutes, you can request an urgent care visit, and within a few short hours, a highly trained paramedic will provide you with the care you need in the comfort of your own home. Someone from instED will also call you the next day to make sure you’re feeling better.

Requesting an instED visit is easy!

Go to www.insted.us1 or call the CCA Nurse Advice Line at 866-610-2273 (TTY 711).

instED is part of the Commonwealth Care Alliance network, but it’s not available in all areas. Other in-home urgent care providers are available in the CCA network. For any life-threatening conditions or medical issues that need immediate attention, call 911.
