The CCA Member Support Program is Back for 2021

Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA) is continuing the Member Support Program to help you stay safe and healthy at home during COVID-19. Our partner, NationsOTC® offers an easy way for our members to get the items they need most without leaving their home.

CCA members have until June 30, 2021 to order health, wellness, and household items

How to Use the CCA Member Support Program

If you are a CCA member and ready to place your order:

Visit CCAgives.com or call 877-237-8350 (TTY 711), 8 am to 8 pm, Monday to Friday

Your order will be delivered to your home at no cost to you!

An Important Security Reminder to Our Members

As part of the Member Support Program, CCA and our partner, NationsOTC, will NOT ask for sensitive information—like your Medicare ID, bank account, credit card, or Social Security number.

If someone calls you asking for personal information related to the CCA Member Support Program, do not provide it. Please report the incident to your care partner or to Member Services at 866-610-2273 (TTY 711), 8 am to 8 pm, Monday to Friday, and 8 am to 6 pm, Saturday and Sunday.
