Commonwealth Care Alliance® has served Massachusetts communities for many years. We offer health plans for people with complex health care needs.
We offer two health plans:
- Commonwealth Care Alliance® One Care (HMO D-SNP): For people ages 21 to 64 who are eligible for Medicare and MassHealth Standard or CommonHealth.
- Commonwealth Care Alliance® Senior Care Options (HMO D-SNP): For people age 65 and older who are eligible for Medicare and MassHealth Standard.
Together, CCA One Care and Senior Care Options serve more dual-eligible members than any other plan in the state.
