Learn more about CCA health plans
CCA’s Massachusetts roots are deep. We’ve developed innovative health plans designed for individuals with the most significant needs. In Massachusetts we offer two robust products to meet those needs:
- CCA One Care (Medicare-Medicaid Plan): Covering those with the most significant medical and behavioral health needs, this plan is for individuals aged 21 up to 64 who are eligible for Medicare and MassHealth Standard or CommonHealth.
- CCA Senior Care Options (HMO D-SNP): Helping seniors with chronic conditions live safely and independently at home, this plan is for people who are 65 and older and eligible for Medicare and MassHealth Standard.
Combined, CCA’s One Care and Senior Care Options membership is the largest dual eligible population in the state.
