CCA is launching its Provider Satisfaction Survey this fall and would like to hear about your experiences working with CCA, the things that are going well and the opportunities for improvement. We want to know how we can best collaborate and continue to build on our relationships.
We are eager to partner with Press Ganey – the industry’s leader in client and provider feedback – to launch this survey to a randomized group of providers. This group will receive a survey via email, mail, and phone, allowing you to respond based on your preference.
