Starting in October, CCA will be launching our annual provider surveys. These surveys are important tools for monitoring network access, quality, and relationships with our contracted providers. If contacted, please take some time to provide your valued responses.

Access & Availability

CCA is responsible for ensuring our network providers meet the CMS and MassHealth access and availability standards for the patients we serve. This includes assessing things like after-hours access and the ability to meet required turnaround times for appointments based on the level of patient need. After the survey period, CCA will communicate with providers who were surveyed if areas for improvement are identified.

Provider Satisfaction

As part of CCA’s commitment to continuous improvement, we will be reaching out to a sample of our network providers to assess your satisfaction with CCA across several domains. You may be contacted for feedback on CCA’s performance in areas such as claims processing, utilization management, and clinical collaboration. We also want your perspective on the support you receive from our provider teams and your preferences for how we communicate with you.

If you receive a call, letter or an email this fall requesting your participation in a survey, we ask that you please take some time to participate. Your feedback is valuable to us, and understanding how and where there are opportunities to improve will strengthen our continued success in support of those we mutually serve.
