Exercise is important for both your physical and mental health. To help you stay on track with your fitness goals, CCA Health offers a $0 Silver&Fit® membership. With this program, you get access to a wide variety of participating fitness centers and select YMCAs. If you like the flexibility of working out at home, you can also choose one Home Fitness Kit per year—plus enjoy over 8,000 on-demand workout videos available on the Silver&Fit website and mobile app.

For 2023 benefit year: CCA Medicare Excel and CCA Medicare Ultima members
You can use your Healthy Savings card on over-the-counter products,2 such as cold medicine, hand sanitizer, and toothbrushes. Every three months, your card is automatically refilled with $200. You have the entire three months to use the balance on your card—it does not roll over. You can shop in person or from home by phone or computer with free delivery.
Plus, you get EVEN MORE added to your card:
- $25 after your annual wellness visit.4 You’ll be able to redeem this extra benefit for gift cards at select stores
- $250 per year to spend on vision care, including routine eye exams, glasses, and contact lenses. This benefit will be added to your card at the start of your enrollment period

For 2023 benefit year: CCA Medicare Maximum
You can use your Healthy Savings card on over-the-counter healthcare products2 like cold medicine, hand sanitizer, and toothbrushes. It even covers healthy food items,3 like fresh fruits and vegetables. Every three months, it’s automatically refilled with $600. You have the entire three months to use the balance on your card—it does not roll over. You can shop in person or from home by phone or computer with free delivery.
Plus, you get EVEN MORE added to your card:
- $25 after your annual wellness visit.4 You’ll be able to redeem this extra benefit for gift cards at select stores
- $300 per year to spend on vision care, including routine eye exams, glasses, and contact lenses. This benefit will be added to your card at the start of your enrollment period
- $100 per year to help you cover new sneakers.3 This benefit will be added to your card at the start of your enrollment period
- $50 per month to help you with utilities, including your gas, electricity, cable, or cell phone bill.3 This benefit will be added to your card on the first day of each month.

Staying connected with others is important for your overall health and well-being. Papa Pals are real people who can help with companionship, everyday tasks, transportation, and more! They’re available in-person or virtually if you’re looking for a walking partner, a board game buddy, or just someone to talk with. They can also assist with things like meal prep, errands, pet help, and other daily activities. - For 2022: You’re covered for 8 hours of services per month at no additional cost.

After hospitalization, if you don’t qualify for a skilled nursing facility, CCA Health will cover the cost of two weeks of care at a senior living facility.
