An update from Erik Helms, CCA’s SVP of Provider Contracting and Performance  

Hello, CCA providers and practices, 

It’s been an incredibly busy Fall at CCA with so much important work going on as we race toward the end of the year. Our teams are heads-down and laser-focused on several key initiatives, including the transition to our new Pharmacy Benefit Manager; our claims transformation work to ensure a smoother process for our providers; annual product and benefit updates; and important quality initiatives.  

This mission-critical work positions us to successfully serve our members over the coming years. However, none of this would be possible without the key role you, our network providers, play. I thank you for your continued partnership. Together, we are doing important work to support the individuals we mutually serve.  

I continue to meet personally with as many of you as I can, and as always, I welcome your feedback and insights as we work to elevate CCA’s provider engagement program and invest in our provider infrastructure. Please don’t hesitate to connect with us at [email protected].
