Data Notice for former SCO MassHealth Only Members

On December 29, 2025, CCA mistakenly mailed letters intended for members to other members’ mailing addresses. Affected members received a letter containing another member’s name, CCA Member ID number and Medicare eligibility status. The mailing did not involve any other health or personal member information.

We apologize to our members for this error, as their privacy is a top priority for CCA. We have conducted a comprehensive investigation to ensure all proper safeguards are in place to prevent this type of issue from happening again. Additionally, we have implemented supplementary quality checks within our mailing process as another preventive measure.
