Commonwealth Care Alliance, Inc. (CCA) will implement a new process for Medical Specialty Drug prior authorization requests to improve efficiency, streamline submissions, and support timely care for our members.
Beginning April 1, 2026, CCA Medicare Part B providers will submit Medical Specialty Drug prior authorization requests through Care Continuum (CCUM) at EviCore.com. This change will centralize review and streamline workflows by transitioning to the EviCore.com portal for electronic submissions.
