The CCA uncommon care® model is designed to serve people with significant medical, behavioral health, and social needs. In Massachusetts and Rhode Island, we offer a range of high-quality health plan options to suit our members. Depending on patients’ needs, CCA may offer specialized support and services designed to help them live safely and independently at home.
This year, CCA expanded for the first time outside of Massachusetts and began offering a Medicare Advantage plan in Rhode Island. In 2023, we are adding to our Medicare Advantage offerings in Massachusetts with CCA Medicare Premier.
The Annual Enrollment Period for our plans begins October 15 and ends on December 7. Enrollment will be effective on January 1, 2023.
Do you have a patient who may benefit from one of our new plans?
CCA Medicare Advantage plans offer all the benefits of Medicare and MORE—starting at $0. That includes prescription drug coverage, $0 primary care visits, and $0 annual dental and eye exams. Depending on the plan, members may even qualify for extra benefits such as identity theft protection at no additional cost.
