CCA’s SCO plan is available for those over age 65 who are eligible for both MassHealth and Medicare. It is available to individuals who live in the following counties: Bristol, Essex, Franklin, Hampden, Hampshire, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth, Suffolk, and Worcester.

“This recognition is a testament to the work CCA does every day to provide excellent, person-centered care in Massachusetts,” said Mark Waggoner, General Manager of CCA Massachusetts. “Our unique data-driven approach allows us to coordinate and deliver critical services to our members while addressing both their medical and nonmedical needs in real time. This impressive ranking is further validation of the positive impact CCA has on members across the Commonwealth.”

“We are honored to receive this recognition for our efforts to provide best-in-class, comprehensive care to those with the most significant and complex needs,” said Dr. Hany Abdelaal, President of Clinical Services at CCA. “Our SCO plan demonstrates CCA’s dedication to whole person care that addresses all aspects of members’ medical, behavioral, and social needs so they can live safely and independently in their communities for as long as possible. CCA strives to provide care that meets members where they are, and our focus on innovation and improvement is evident with this year’s ranking.”
