Notices for members

At CCA, we recognize the crucial role that caregivers can play in the lives of our members. Their hard work and dedication helps keep many of you healthy and safe.

To help, we will offer access to a caregiver support portal, with articles, toolkits, and other resources. Users will find information about conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, and dementia. You can also learn more about:

  • Managing daily care activities
  • Handling medical tasks
  • Nutrition
  • Self-care
  • Communication skills
  • Planning for the future

You can also join support groups, sign up for care coaching, and more!

To learn more and sign up at no cost, visit cca.trualta.com.

At CCA, we want to make sure you get care that aligns with your values and preferences. That’s why we ask our providers to share their race and ethnicity information*. This can help you make more informed care decisions. To learn more, contact CCA Member Services.

* Providers are asked but not required to share this information.
