The One Care Implementation Council is hosting a town hall on June 11, 2024, at 10 am. They welcome attendance from all stakeholders and members of the public with an interest in One Care. During this statewide discussion, the Implementation Council wants to hear from One Care members about their experiences. This feedback will help inform what actions the Council should focus on in the coming year.
This is an opportunity for One Care members across Massachusetts to share their thoughts, connect with MassHealth and fellow One Care members, and learn more about the Implementation Council and the My Ombudsman program in Massachusetts.
CCA encourages current One Care members, or individuals considering joining CCA One Care, to attend the town hall to learn more and hear from current members.
