A letter from CCA President John Koehn

Dear valued member,

I’m honored to introduce myself as the new leader of Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA). Throughout my career, I’ve focused on work that makes a real difference in people’s lives. That personal commitment is what led me to CCA.

For more than 20 years, CCA has been dedicated to improving the health and well-being of individuals with the most significant needs. Since joining earlier this summer, I’ve had the privilege of seeing that mission in action. I’ve witnessed the passion, compassion, and dedication our teams bring to their work every day.

I’ve also started meeting many of you, and I’ve been inspired by your stories of resilience and strength. As we look ahead, I’m excited to help build on CCA’s legacy and continue advancing our mission together.

As always, our Member Services and care teams are here to support you in accessing the care you need. Thank you for trusting us to be part of your care. It’s a true honor to serve you.
