Jessica Vida, CCA’s Senior Director of Ancillary Programs shares her thoughts on what our network providers should know about CCA’s supplemental benefits.

Q: Which of CCA’s supplemental programs would you most want to highlight for providers in support of their patients’ well-being?

A: CCA has excellent programs to support our providers in caring for their patients who are our members. I have a “Top 5,” if you will, of supplemental services that I feel are most important for our providers to know may be available to their patients:

Dental Benefits

CCA’s dental program encourages members to receive regular preventive oral health visits, offers expanded dental benefits, and includes a network of quality dental providers. Members have access to comprehensive dental benefits as part of their coverage for all CCA plans with unlimited annual maximums.

Transportation Benefits

CCA’s transportation benefits aim to increase access to care for members who otherwise do not have the means to travel independently. CCA strives to ensure our members keep crucial medical appointments and have access to other health-related activities such as grocery shopping. Transportation benefits are available for both CCA SCO and One Care members.

Routine Vision Benefits

CCA prioritizes eye health as a critical component of overall well-being. We partner with leading eye care providers to offer high-quality services and support for our members’ visual needs. Vision benefits are included with all plans.

Routine Hearing Benefits

CCA’s hearing benefits are available to all members and include an annual in-person hearing test.

Healthy Savings (OTC) Card

Members enrolled with CCA Senior Care Options (HMO D-SNP) receive a Healthy Savings card.
