We are excited to announce an opportunity for additional physicians to join the CCA Credentialing Committee. This essential committee plays a key role in maintaining the safety and quality of our network.
What does the committee do?
Committee members meet once per month to review cases in which network providers have been flagged for quality or safety concerns, such as those arising from national database reports, including malpractice cases. Your clinical expertise and perspective will help shape important credentialing and recredentialing decisions for our network.
Key details:
- Time commitment: One monthly meeting, typically 60 to 90 minutes.
- Compensation: Committee members will receive an honorarium for their participation.
- Committee role: Evaluate the credentials of practitioners who do not meet our organization’s participation criteria. Ensure that practitioners who do meet the criteria are reviewed and approved according to CCA procedures.
Your participation helps ensure our network meets the highest standards of patient care and safety.
