Notices for members

Update to your diabetes supplies: Starting January 1, 2026, we’ll switch from Lifescan OneTouch® to Roche Accu-Chek®. Abbott Freestyle® supplies will still be covered. To avoid delays, talk to your provider before the end of the year to update your prescription. If you need to stay on Lifescan, your provider can request an exception from CCA.

Medication safety helps keep you healthy: Our clinical team regularly reviews your medications to ensure they’re right for you. If you take certain medications, you might get a call to review your treatment plan. Experiencing side effects or have concerns? Contact your CCA care team for help.

Every year, MassHealth requires enrollees to renew their coverage. When it’s your time to renew, you’ll receive a blue envelope in the mail. It will include a renewal notice and form, and other important instructions. You’ll need to complete and return the form to confirm you still qualify for MassHealth.

If you don’t fill out the information by your due date, you may lose both your MassHealth and CCA health benefits.

Did you recently get a blue envelope from MassHealth?
We’ve created an online resource with step-by-step renewal guidance.
