As the Director of Community Health Services at CCA, Jorie Epstein-Mares oversees CCA’s Community Health Workers. Her team helps connect you to a variety of community and social services to help you live safely and independently at home.
The Community Health Workers team can help you:
- Complete SNAP or WIC applications
- Find local food pantries and congregate meal sites
- Apply for Section 8 housing
- Connect with organizations that can help with utilities, fuel, finances, and more
