Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA) covers both routine and comprehensive services to help you prevent and treat gum disease and tooth decay, as well as replacement of missing teeth. With CCA Senior Care Options (HMO D-SNP) and CCA One Care (Medicare-Medicaid Plan), you pay $0 for routine and comprehensive services. With CCA Medicare Value (PPO) and CCA Medicare Preferred (PPO), you pay $0 for routine services and comprehensive coverage up to $2,300 a year, including dentures, crowns, and four implants per year.
- Preventive dental visits, including cleanings and fluoride treatments twice a year
- Annual exams and X-rays

For a complete list of covered services, log in to the CCA Dental Benefits Portal.1 Some services may require pre-approval—also called “authorization.” Prior authorizations must be submitted to SKYGEN, CCA’s dental benefit administrator, by your treating dental provider.
