Watch the mail for your member ID card

You should get your CCA member ID card in the mail about 5-7 days after your welcome letter. Use your member ID card when you visit the doctor, get prescriptions, or in case of an emergency.

If you haven’t received your card within 7 days of getting your welcome letter, please call Member Services at 866-610-2273 (TTY 711) 8 am to 8 pm, 7 days a week.

Meet your CCA Care Coordinator

An onboarding specialist will call to explain your new benefits and schedule your comprehensive assessment with a registered nurse. During this visit, the nurse will review your overall health and look for ways to support your daily needs. This is the first step toward matching you with a care coordinator and creating your custom care plan.

Your care coordinator will be your main contact at CCA. They’ll help you get the care you need, including scheduling appointments, talking with your providers, and answering your questions along the way.
