Your primary care provider
Your primary care provider (PCP) will know the most about you and your health history. Your PCP can also help you find specialists and treatments tailored to your individual needs. Call your PCP’s office for things like:
- Stomach issues
- Symptoms related to chronic conditions like diabetes, COPD, and heart disease
- Earaches
- Cold and sinus symptoms
- Non-emergency behavioral health issues
Need a PCP? You can find one in the CCA Provider Directory or call Member Services at 866-210-2273 (TTY 711).
Visit your nearest urgent care or express facility for urgent, but not life-threatening symptoms, like:
- Serious cold and flu symptoms
- Minor injuries like sprains or strains
- Severe headaches
Urgent and express care facilities are usually open morning, evening, and weekends. Use our search tool to find an urgent care center near you.

Sign in or create your Teladoc account to see a doctor any time, any place.
You can also ask your current healthcare providers if they offer any virtual care options.
