Commonwealth Care Alliance, Inc. (CCA) works with partner organizations to help us deliver the care and services our members need. We handpicked these organizations to provide the unique level of support you expect from CCA. Below is a list of services provided to our CCA Senior Care Options (HMO D-SNP) members through our trusted partners.

Your vision benefits can help you get the care you need for total eye health. We work with VSP to deliver your routine vision care services, including exams and eyewear. We partner with NationsHearing to simplify hearing care. Contact NationsHearing at 877-277-9196 (TTY 711) 8 am – 8 pm, 7 days a week, or visit nationshearing.com/CCA1 to learn more about your hearing benefits.

CCA goes the extra mile by helping you get to and from important places. Through our partner, Coordinated Transportation Services (CTS), members with CCA Senior Care Options can request rides to medical appointments and non-medical rides. To book a ride, contact CTS at 855-204-1410 (TTY 711) 7 am – 8 pm, Monday – Friday, and 8 am – 12 pm, Saturday and Sunday, or visit the CTS portal1.

As a CCA member, you’re covered for routine and comprehensive dental services. Your dental benefits are managed by our partner, SKYGEN. Learn more about your dental benefits and access the CCA Dental Benefits Portal.

Members of CCA Senior Care Options plan get a Healthy Savings card2 to buy CCA-covered items, including over-the-counter health products. CCA partners with NationsBenefits®1  to make these benefits easy and convenient for you to access.

CCA offers support with your medications through a range of programs and services provided by partner organizations. This includes CVS Caremark Mail Service Pharmacy, the Preferred Specialty Program through Caremark Specialty, and medication therapy management offered through Clarest Health.

Exercise is important for both your physical and mental health. To help you stay on track with your fitness goals, CCA offers a $0 Silver&Fit® membership. With this program, you get access to a wide variety of participating fitness centers and select YMCAs. If you like the flexibility of working out at home, you can also choose one Home Fitness Kit per year – plus enjoy over 8,000 on-demand workout videos available on the Silver&Fit website and mobile app.

Members may also access classes, articles, and videos through the Well-Being Club – AND connect with a Healthy Aging coach by phone, video, or text.
