Effective January 1, 2025, Commonwealth Care Alliance Massachusetts, LLC is no longer offering the CCA Medicare Preferred (PPO) and CCA Medicare Value (PPO) plans.

This change has no impact on our Senior Care Options and One Care plans. Commonwealth Care Alliance, Inc. continues to proudly serve our SCO and One Care members as the largest health plan serving dual-eligible individuals in Massachusetts.
