Member Voices is a program that brings our members together to share their experiences about the care they get from Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA). Members tell us what works—and what doesn’t—in many ways:

Focus groups
Surveys
Workshops
Online communities
Advisory group meetings

We use your input to design and improve the care and services we deliver. Join Member Voices to bring your voice, needs, and preferences into the heart of all we do at CCA.
