Finding a provider you trust is a key part of good health. We want you to have the most accurate and up-to-date information when choosing your health care providers. There are a couple of ways to find a provider.

Find a Doctor Tool

This is the easiest way to find a doctor, urgent care, hospital, or other provider. Find a Doctor is updated daily. This means it always has the most current information.

With the Find a Doctor tool, you’re also able to:

• See which providers are accepting new patients.
• Find providers and clinics close to where you live.
• Filter by specialty, language, gender, and more.

Find a Pharmacy

Use our Find a Pharmacy tool to find a pharmacy near you.

Directory by Request

You can also get a printed directory by request. However, most members prefer the Find a Doctor tool for ease of use.
