Commonwealth Care Alliance® (CCA) works with partner organizations to provide care and services for our members. Below is a list of services available through our partners.

We partner with EyeMed® for routine vision care. Vision benefits include eye exams and eyewear. Call EyeMed at 1-877-493-4588 (TTY: 711) or visit eyemedvisioncare.com1 to learn more.
We partner with NationsHearing® for your hearing care. Call NationsHearing at 1-877-277-9196 (TTY: 711) or visit nationshearing.com/CCA1 to learn more.
Through Coordinated Transportation Services (CTS), you can get rides to medical appointments. To book a ride, call CTS at 1-855-204-1410 (TTY: 711), Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, Sunday and federal holidays, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. You can also book rides in the CTS portal1.
We partner with SKYGEN for routine and comprehensive dental services. Learn more about your dental benefits or log into the CCA Dental Benefits Portal. If you have questions about this benefit, call Member Services.
CCA offers many pharmacy programs and services through our partners.
This includes:
- CVS Caremark® Mail Service Pharmacy
- Caremark Specialty Preferred Specialty Program
- Medication Therapy Management through Clarest Health
- Long term care pharmacies
- Home infusion pharmacies
