My Ombudsman
My Ombudsman is an independent program that helps you address conflicts that may interfere with enrollment in CCA One Care. They can also help if you have issues accessing benefits and services.
The My Ombudsman program works with MassHealth (Medicaid) and Commonwealth Care Alliance® (CCA) to help members by:
- Providing you with information and resources.
- Explaining your options.
- Looking into concerns or conflicts.
- Resolving those concerns.
