Wellness Principles for Providers
Supporting Optimal Health
The Wellness Principles training is designed to equip Commonwealth Care Alliance® (CCA) providers with the knowledge and tools to deliver holistic, person-centered care that promotes overall member well-being. As a network provider for CCA One Care, you and your staff must complete required online training to ensure high-quality, person-centered care for CCA One Care members and future enrollees. These training courses focus on topics that provide foundational information on the CCA One Care program, and they aim to help improve health care quality through person-centered, coordinated care. The CCA One Care training program requirement includes Wellness Principles Training.
Providers play a vital role in helping individuals thrive, not just by addressing immediate health needs, but by promoting balance across all areas of life. Wellness is more than the absence of illness; it’s about functioning optimally within your environment and making choices that support long-term well-being.
