Every Commonwealth Care Alliance, Inc. (CCA) member has a team of people who know them and want to help them stay healthy. This team is called a member’s care team. The care team can include professionals such as doctors, nurses, clinicians, care coordinators, and other health workers. It can also include personal relationships such as family, friends, and people who give support at home.

To help each person of the care team do their best to help the member, we offer free trainings and resources.

These trainings are required for our professional care team members, but we make them available to you as a family member, friend, or informal support. They may help you understand the best ways to help and people’s roles on the care team. You are welcome to use them if you want. To take a training, sign up on the website using the “create new account” button.
