This is a reminder that all in-network providers must be enrolled with CCA prior to rendering services to members.

In-network entities may submit enrollment requests using one of the following options:

LexisNexis—CCA has partnered with LexisNexis® Risk Solutions to assist with verification of provider data. Over the next few months, practices will be receiving an email to register and confirm provider data. We would appreciate your assistance in reviewing the provider data for accuracy.
