We’re here to support you with your clients’ Medicare and Medicaid needs. Use our Broker Hub to get essential resources and information for selling our products.1
For 2025, CCA is offering CCA Senior Care Options (HMO D-SNP), also known as SCO, to those 65 or older who have Medicare and MassHealth Standard.
For 2026, CCA is offering CCA Senior Care Options (HMO D-SNP), also known as SCO, to those 65 or older who have Medicare and MassHealth Standard.
Additionally for 2026, CCA is offering CCA One Care (HMO D-SNP) to those 21 to 64 who have Medicare and MassHealth Standard or CommonHealth. Starting with enrollments effective 01/01/2026 and later, CCA One Care (HMO D-SNP) will be a commissionable product.

Medicaid E.A.S.Y. Program
CCA’s Medicaid E.A.S.Y. Program helps you assist your clients with determining their eligibility for Medicaid (i.e., MassHealth) as well as completing the Medicaid application process.
Get started by completing the CCA Medicaid E.A.S.Y. Referral Form and emailing it to our Medicaid E.A.S.Y. team at [email protected].
