Do I get a Healthy Savings card with my plan?

With the CCA Senior Care Options (HMO D-SNP), CCA Medicare Value (PPO), and CCA Medicare Preferred (PPO) plans, members receive a Healthy Savings card.

You can use the card to buy over-the-counter health products. CCA Senior Care Options and CCA Medicare Value members can also use the card to buy approved food items.1,3 Please review your specific plan benefits to learn more:

The card is not available to CCA One Care Members at this time.

How does the Healthy Savings card work?

  • Every calendar quarter, your Healthy Savings card is refilled automatically. The dollar amount varies by plan. Please review your specific plan benefits for details.
  • Check your balance by calling CCA Member Services at 866-610-2273 (TTY 711). Your balance will also appear on the bottom of your receipts after you make a purchase with the card.
  • Funds don’t carry over from quarter to quarter. So make sure you use the full balance before the end of each calendar quarter.

  • TIP: Keep your Healthy Savings card handy. You will need the number listed on the front of your card to place an order and to check your balance.
