February 13, 2024 – MICHIGAN – CCA Health Michigan, Inc., a mission-driven healthcare services organization that offers high-quality health plans designed for older adults and individuals with the most significant needs, today announced a donation to Community Housing Network, a nonprofit organization working to prevent homelessness in Southeast Michigan through housing assistance and development, community education, referral services, and advocacy.

CCA Health Michigan will also partner closely with the Community Housing Network team to better coordinate support services and help eliminate the barriers to critical housing and health resources.

“CCA Health Michigan is committed to working with organizations that are focused on eliminating housing insecurity and other social factors that can impact the health and wellbeing of Michiganders,” said Brian Keane, General Manager of CCA Health Michigan. “We’re proud to support the Community Housing Network and their efforts to connect individuals with the programs they need to live and thrive. By collaborating, we aim to learn from each other, break down silos, and better serve the holistic needs of our communities.”

“Our central mission at Community Housing Network is to alleviate the stress and difficulty of navigating resources available to Michiganders impacted by housing insecurity,” said Kirsten Elliott, President of Community Housing Network. “We’re grateful for CCA Health Michigan’s support as we continue our efforts to deliver a social safety net to those who need it most. Together, we can better address those compounding social needs that affect the strength and wellness of our communities.”
