The Boston Business Journal covered CCA and SCAN Health Plan’s launch of myPlace Health, an integrated care delivery organization that will specialize in providing personalized care to older adults who wish to remain living in their homes and communities for as long as possible. The new entity will serve patients according to the PACE (Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) model.
CCA President and CEO Chris Palmieri will serve on the board of directors of myPlace Health.
