CCA Health Rhode Island hosted a healthy cooking demonstration with Omi Hopper, from Cooking con Omi, at the Boys and Girls Club in Woonsocket. Omi Hopper is a social media chef and food influencer. She was a semi-finalist in season two of “Next Level Chef,” FOX’s reality TV cooking competition with Gordon Ramsay. During the event, she prepared a traditional Puerto Rican meal and demonstrated easy step-by-step instructions so participants could recreate at home.
