CCA One Care has been named a top performing Medicare-Medicaid plan based on results from the 2023 Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey, administered by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS).
CCA received a score of 90 out of 100, making us the top performing plan in Massachusetts and a top 10 plan nationwide. Survey respondents were asked to rate their health plan during the past six months on a scale from 0 to 10, where 0 is the worst health plan possible and 10 is the best health plan possible.
