Newsweek published its 2024 “America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women” ranking and CCA was one of 15 health insurers named on the list.
The 1,000 U.S.-based companies named to the list were evaluated on metrics including compensation, work-life balance, and proactive management on diversity. The evaluation process included a pre-study survey of human resources professionals, an employee survey of more than 142,000 women who provided more than 848,000 company reviews, and a desk research project in which key performance indicators relevant to women in the workplace were collected.
